I tell you from the looks of things. You have to remove the dash and a pile of other things get the heater core out. It's in the center and barried really in there. I take a closer photo next time I am working on it to show folks.Yikes.....those pics bring back some bad memories as I replaced heater core in my old Volvo 945 wagon years ago and that was truly a nightmare.

I was just spoiled of the old 80s truck. They cores were easier. I just saw how barried the heating core in this dash assembly. It's in there. Probably a video on it floating around the internet.My Cummins and grand Cherokee required the dash to be removed. I could do the truck in about 5 hours.

I like the way your thinking....:]we just need to get a smelting furnace and a drop forge, big pile of taconite pellets.
pretty sure in a couple of days would be producing replication frames and or accessory parts.
Sadly the rockers are gone. I check I might be able to salve a small sectionWhat’s the front drivers rocker panel look like?
Mine is going south. If you can cut the front 2ft out before you junk the body.......

Oh it's a little Rusty. Huh [MENTION=318903]RandyBobandy[/MENTION] . We honestly dont know how it holding together at this point..Probably can’t even salvage that much from this one, I remember laughing when I saw the condition of the rockers
