ordered some sliders and sway bar end links extended, hi lift roof rack bracket, and flowmaster 50 series
still having trouble finding anyone running 33's and putting spare under truck...
also its dark as fY%* backing up.....what are my options....on the cheap....
i know about white beauty..but out of my range.....
i will have better options later...but for now looking for something to shove into stock reverse light socket
 
As far as a spare most run the 255/75 BFG off the Jeep. That is the biggest that will fit iirc.

We should get together and do some modding. I need to swap out some rear springs, change diff fluids, and throw some sway bar end links on.

I'm running a 285/70 duratrac spare in the OEM location BUT it's about 60% tread remaining and I aired it down. running the V8 tow hitch too. So it's possible but is certainly a case by case basis. I looked at in cabin mounts, hitch carriers etc but the OEM location is doing great so far. Just my $.02.

yea thats a huge difference in size about what 1-3/4"
diff go boom then or at least more stress

yea had intentions on getting a rear bumper but the tax man wants his first....
so i got screwed this year.....
on my tacoma i was able to cut out some unneeded material and stick my spare under.....
was hoping to do the same here.....
i was going to build a hitch carrier, swing away thing...but dont have time or the resources now....
and its not going inside.....
so im left with under or roof..and not happy about roof as that real estate is already taken....errrr....
i need to get under there
i will have oba as soon as i put it in..so thats not a problem.....

I'm in the same boat. I plan on using some krylon fusion, the stuff made for plastic, this summer. Just make sure you use denatured alcohol to clean it very well after washing with hot soapy water. I'm going to black mine out personally.

will you be removing them to paint or are you just removing the 4 end caps....?
if you are removing do you know what kinda seals that may need to be replaced...

Pretty sure my wet floor board is due to my windshield
We had some heavy rain yesterday
So before it started i git some in/outdoor painters tape and taped up the windshield
Checked it this morning and nothing was noticeably wet
Although it is still moist from last storm
Takes forever to dry out and now that i put the weathertechs over it
So i think i am going to get a quote to reseal the windshield

also got my flowmaster installed today...a little more then i wanted to spend for installation.

but being as i did it while i was getting paid made me fell better.....

overall pretty happy with the choice

has a nice loud sound to it when first accelerating....

and is reasonably quiet at highway speeds......

in the cab drone is manageable ....seems to be anything under 2k rpm's is tits....

I want to hear a sound clip of that new muffler when you get a chance. nice build btw, reminds me of when mine all got started lol..
 
aww come on roll the window down or something lol. definitely sounds good though. I've been contemplating going with a name brand like flow master or just giving the autopepadvancenapa brand a try can't hurt to loose 40 bucks lol
