Sub Box

I needed the box to be as unobtrusive as possible and it is... and the sound is accurate though not as low as some might like. It ended up at about 40hz. I've had this same JL 8w0 for about 5 years so this might have an effect on the low frequency.
I have thought about using one of the newer shallow mount 10" subs in the same box. The volume is right at .33 cuft and I dont think I'll get much lower fq without a larger box. I could extend it further toward the back seat but I'd loose the little compartment I don't use......Huh

An Image Dynamics (IDQ) 10" sub will get you what you need.... shallow mount, lower frequency response, & it works best in a small box.

I have been trying ti figure out the best way to build a stealbox and this looks great!!! I will be attemtping the same thing sometime this weekend.
