Is there a secrect to getting the trip peices on, i put the bracket between the body and the black molding . Then shaved down the mounting surface flat below the headlight. Ive tried washers, different bolts and screw tabs, whats the secret

The headlight trim pieces were probably the most difficult part of the install. You will need to use some combination of the screw clips/washers to get them to line up correctly. I also needed to place the trim piece in a vice grip and bend one of the mounting tabs to get it to work.

If you're doing this on your own it will be more difficult. I had friend help with the entire install and it took all 4 hands to get the trim pieces setup right. Be patient and work slowly, you'll get there. Good luck!

We've tried everything. I've had 2 other people try. Does anyone live in the dew area that has done it and I could finish the install and drive it out to have them help me get them adjusted
