Bumper Part Question

My son's 2000 Limited is missing the small plastic snap-in piece on the lower left front of his bumper. Not 100% sure, but it looks like this part might give access to his left front tow hook. It's small (about 10 inches long), and I have scoured this site trying to find out what it is called so I can look up purchasing one.

Anyone have an idea on what this part is called or better yet, the part number for it?

It looks like it might be called (helpfully) "plate"... and it might be #18 on the diagram in the link below. If that's it, then it looks like you get to pick the part number based on the paint color. You might want to verify with Camelback before ordering online.
