Bumper plastic cleanup

So a few weeks ago my wife took the time to pull all of the plastic trim off around the 4runner, cleaned it up and spray painted them. I thought they looked great and I would share. It made a huge difference in the look. I plan to do a bumper mod here in the next few weeks that should really make the front end look better...

i use this stuff. it brings that stuff back to normal black after a few applications.

I tried to use something similar to this. It worked well on the trim pieces for like 2 months and then wore off. The front bumper was the real issue though, it wasn't affected by the stuff I used, guess it was just too far gone.

What product did she use? Looks much better!

We just used some krylon spray paint from ace hardware. She put a few coats of it on there. Looking back now we probably should have put some clear coat on it too. Its probably been a month or so since she did it and it seems to be holding up.
