Bumper Touch Up Paint

Hey guys, I am trying to find touch up paint for my truck. Ive got the 04 sr5 with the silver bumper insert. that is what i am tring to touch up. does anyone know what color this is? is this the same color as the "titanium metallic" that the silver ones are fully painted with?
Also i need touch up paint for the 99 limited. anyone know the lower trim and fender flare color for that silver??

go to the dealer, they have toyota touch up paint. that's where i got mine. Or get the code from them and try and match it up at the auto parts store.

yea, im trying to find it online, i figure it will be cheaper than the dealer, and also my closest dealer is full of idiots, after a few things there i dont deal with them any more. i ont really feel like driving to tampa either.

the reason i say go to the dealer is because the only colors of touch up paint they have are toyota colors, mine was very easy to spot....

The touch up paint is only $5USD or something like that... its not expensive. I don't know where you would find authentic toyota paint pens online.

A word of advice. Get the brush not the pen. With the brush, say you have a hairline scratch, well you could take a strand from a paintbrush and dip it in the paint and carefully apply it to the scratch.

I remember a member mentioning that the silver insert wasn't an exact match to the titanium metallic but was very close.

The color code is on your door sticker. Just look at it. I think it will be something like c57 or some code like that. That way you just walk in and say give me touch up paint for code blah blah..

yea i know the paint code was there... but i dont think that it is for just that little tiny trim piece... but then again i havent looked yet.

The code works for both. It is one code, even if your colors are different. You would just say the trim part of it.

I have to agree with the original poster - there is no code listed for the silver bumper trim.

For example, the codes on my door jamb are "056/FH13"

056 just stands for Natural white, and FH13 is the interior color, if I understand correctly.

The paint code for the silver bumper insert (and the Sport Roof Rack) is Toyota/Lexus 1D4 (P/N 00258-001D4). It matches exactly. I put a scratch on the silver part of the bumper the 1st day I got it. Now I don't even know it's there. It is the brush type. It is NOT listed on the paint code sticker.
