Buying 99 SR5 Monday, First 4Runner, second Toy truck (previous 93 w/ sr22)

OK, I am getting a silver 99 SR5, 3.4 auto, 150K, running boards, bare fenders, rust on the factory tow bar and the drivers door only (going to buy a used door from a yard and have it sprayed). $4K, no accidents, runs like new, everything works. I called the dealership w/the VIN, and they say it has factory keyless, but the dealer doesn't have the remote. Can I buy any remote from the 3rd gen group, or are there certain group numbers that only work for certain years? I also need factory floormats, and what's the deal with the headlights? I am reading everyone is unhappy with the stock lights. I haven't driven it at night yet, but many people post that they have fixed them? What does that entail? I have read about the auto/tranny issues, what else should I look for? I love the truck, I can't wait to get it, the only other complaint that I have is the factory wheels (which I love) are fading and the paint looks rough, is there an easy fix for that? OK, I have been busy all week with my new toy. I found out from a call to the dealer that it had a factory keyless installed, so I got a remote from E-bay ($50 shipped) and programmed it. I need a new driver's door actuator, which I also found on E-bay ($52 shipped), so that will be working soon. I ordered my nav unit, will be here in a few days. I installed a back up cam that I had, should have done a write up on it, it runs through the factory wiring in the tailgate, and the only visible sign that its installed it on the tag. I will be getting my HID headlights from VVME on Wed., and will be installing them as well. Very impressed with the ride. The suspension is still in great shape, and it rides awesome. I'm not happy with the fuel economcy (13.5 MPG city/hwy), so I put in a K&N drop in, and I will be doing a complete tune up next week. Do any of you know what else I could do? The oil is like honey, and the radiator fluid is reddish brown. I want to flush it out, replace the fluid, and replace the radiator too (no strawberry milkshake). should I replace the entire radiator or do the tranny cooler? any help would be great. Liking the info I have gotten from here so far...
