buying a 4 runner

just a quick question, someone i know is selling a 1995 4 runner rv6, it has been sitting for over 2 years with either a blown head gasket or cracked head. my question is would everything be seized up sitting there for so long as i am thinking about buying this 4wd but heard if they have been sitting for so long there no good. she said she wants 10,000 for it or would settle for 4grand??? is this good or not

Not sure what you meant by the "10,000", but even $4k is far too much for one with a disabled engine. There is a possibility that the rings have rusted in place, having sat so long, but even without that, you have an expensive repair just with the head gasket. Definitely NOT good for that kind of money. By the way, welcome to the forum.
