Buying these from russia

So i was just looking around, and stumbled on this russian website that sells these for roughly 240 dollars give or take a few bucks. He does ship to good ol america but I have no clue on cost.

???? Toyota Hilux Surf 185 ("?????????? ??????"), ???? ?????

Any thoughts? Yay or nay?

Also i dont have any clue why the link shows up with question marks, but it works.

They look totally sweet if they work out. I have no idea though. Maybe get in touch with some of the jdm guys. They might have some tips for buying out of country like that
 
I think he does ship fed ex so it cant be that expensive, and its 8500 ruble which is about 240 to 250 dollars U.S. I think that i am going to pull the trigger when taxes come rolling around. Like i dont have enough on my shopping list already.
 
looks like this is just for the corner light+headlight+angel eyes. No HID, however he does mention it is capable of housing xenon projectors in the comments section. Google translate ftw

Cool thing is the turn signal is now in the side lamp. He also mentions he can ship to the US
 
Yea im the one that asked that question on their site but ive been emailing him but some of the things he says is screwy when translated lol, but i guess so are some of the things i say. The site says shipping is in the cost of the lamp but i doubt that includes the U.S.

Im not sure if thats all you need, but im going to pull the trigger when i get my tax money and let everyone know. For the price though i dont think you can beat it if all you need to add is a good hid kit.
 
With those, you'll need projector kits to properly run HIDs. It looks like it has separate low and hi beams as well, which means you would need 4 projectors...could get pricey.

I might be wrong but it look like the smaller light is a projector and the light towards the outside is a regular bulb. Im sure that its not a simple plug and play but ill figure it out and post pics up here.
 
Ya I can't tell 100%. Hopefully that's the case and they're wired separately. Just run the standard projector through either one of them, and use the other as aux...maybe a fog light.
Interested to see how they turn out.
 
I'm surprised I've never come across these before in my searches at all. Seems like no one else has either until now. Which is odd, I wouldn't think they're actually manufactured in Russia especially being so close to China, so its funny they haven't popped up on ebay at all.
