Is there a cabin air filter in the 99 4runner?

The HVAC gets its fresh air from the compartment where the windshield washer mechanics are. Which pulls the air directly from the outside where the wiper arms are.

Not any real way to retrofit a filter either. Just be quick to hit the recirc button when following a smokey truck or on a dusty trail.
