can a suspension lift cause vibrations?

thanks to the expertise here, i was able to get my lift installed (tundra billie 5100s on the second perch with toytech/eibach coils).

right away i found that as soon as i get to around 60mph, i get a vibration. my front tires are feathered, but it didn't do this with my spacer lift (1.5 daystar coil spacers).

i want to go with 285s, but am afraid if i do the vibration will still be there. and then i can't go back to the lowered stance with the bigger tires.

so my question is, could this vibration be attributed to anything besides tires? could it be lift related?

That would probably be in the cv axels or the drive shaft/u joints. A vibration like the one youre talking about is always due to spinning parts. You changed the angle on the cvs and drive shaft which are both spinning parts. A diff drop may help if its the cvs
