Can anyone help me identify this noise? (VIDEO)

Can anyone help me identify this noise? It is sort of a ticking/squealing/whine. It has gotten louder within the past 2 weeks. I don't trust most mechanics so I wanna figure out what it is asap.
Just by watching other videos on youtube with some-what similar noise, I'm guessing it could be: serpentine belt? timing belt? (PO said it was changed a year ago) , alternator bearings?

Any help at all identifying what it is would be appreciated!

sounds like drive belt to me

i hope thats all it is. I looked at the belt and there are some tiny cracks on the bottom side of it, so ill have to replace it anyway. hopefully thats what it is...and not something like the timing belt
