Can I install TE running boards on Limited?

I've been reading many sliders and running boards threads and haven't come across the answer. I know you can install some sliders with rocker panel trimming. I'm hoping to do the some with the TE running boards. I basically want the higher clearance look, need something to step on for the wife, but don't really offroad enough to need real sliders. So what do you guys think? Thanks.

It is my understanding from this forum that if you are willing to either remove or trim your rocker panels, you can install any running board or slider on a SR5/Limited. However, I guess I have never seen anyone officially confirm that the Trail running boards would fit. But looking at them, it appears they mount to the standard points under the frame. Let us know, as I'm interested in the same mod.

Also, Shockworks now makes a Trail Rocker for the SR5/Limited that replaces the rocker panel with one that allows placement of all sliders/running boards.

Not too sure if you can, but if you're ever anywhere near the central Alberta area, or even in the Jasper or Banff areas, I will give you a screaming deal on my TE running boards. They came off before I picked the truck up, and the damn things have been collecting dust in my basement since September.

Yeah I believe they look like this:

OP, to install the trail running boards you will most likely need to remove the SR5/LE skirt, unless you have a Canadian model SR5, I think those come with the lower profile rockers...
