There is not a single horse in the world that would cost you less than a turbo...
You'd be shocked at how expensive feed hay is. I'd rather buy gasoline lol

Much like fitting 35s, it really comes down to how extensively you're willing to modify. If you do the body mount chop on the horse and stack it's legs next to the torso you could probably fit a clydesdale in there.
You might have to go full godfather though to prevent rubbing at full stuff.
