Can I swap for Skinny Black Flares?

Wondering if its possible to swap out my sr5 wide flares for the skinny black ones? Is this at all possible ? Thanks guys. Heres mine, I love it, but I like the skinny black flare look better.

The problem is that it leaves holes behind from the mounts. If you dont mind filling and painting then it should work.

You can pull them off and paint them any color you want. Will not be exactly the same as the skinnys but still the same color effect.
