Hello all! I am trying to get into a 5th gen 4runner and have my eye on one in Franklin, NC (Smokey Mountain Area).

If anyone in the area is able, would you mind going to look at this one for me? It is a 2010 Limited at Franklin Ford.

Its been for sale for a total of almost 100 days between here and NY so I am skeptical.

Big things I am looking for is to make sure it wasn't smoked in, wasn't a flood vehicle, the frame isn't rusted out and all runs well.

I am 9 hours away in Chesapeake, VA and want to get it checked out before I buy a ticket to fly out and make the deal.

Go online and find a auto inspection company, more expensive than a beer, but they test fluids, paint thickness(accidents) all kinds of stuff and will send you pictures of their findings and what their overall thought it, it's usually an ASE cert mechanic who does them. Well worth it if your that far away. I used autodocinspections in Cali but I'm sure you can find someone local

Hi man I did some math from up north and its a no go. I repeat a no go.

I adjusted the miles in KM's and its at 90k with a price of 37k canadian $ even if its a Limited I suggest you look for New or deal the shit out of it to lower than 30k....

Or come to Canada and buy it cash in canadian tire money you will get a 35% exchange bonus !

A month ago I bought my 2010 with 52k on the clock for $19.9 with 3 years toyotacare and 1 year bumper to bumper, and remainder of power train till November 2017.

People are too serious nowadays. There's a time and place for sarcasm and I found it was placed nicely at that time. But I forgot we live in the 21st century of people's skin being wet paper now

I'm not mad. Missed the sarcasm. Have to start somewhere with my first post before I start contributing to the community.

Price is high, but I would haggle them to death, or more likely try to cut them at the knees. They are about to send it to auction most likely and won't want to lose even more money paying those fees.

Thank you to everyone who has posted other ones. I am looking for a needle in a hay stack. Want white, 4wd with leather and heated seats and third row.

This one has all of that. I've been watching the entire east coast for about two months now and will have to keep watching. Someone took it on a test drive today and looks to have sold.
