Can you spot yours on google maps?

Sorry guys, I started this thread after about an hour of looking around google maps myself. When I posted this thread, I didn't think about all the time you guys are going to be spending looking around.

I visited my parents house, my old house, couple of friends. Before I knew it almost an hour went by. :doh:

Haven't had my 4Runner long, so it's not on anything. Bing got me getting ready to ride my bike. Also has my Jetta in it.

Looked at bing to see if I see anything different. Seems that google is more up to date, at least in my area. The birds eye view on bing has my house from 2010, aerial view from around 2012 maybe 2013, street view from 2011.

I have come across mine two different random times. Neither were in usual places. The first one was while I was working on some maps for Barber Motorsports Park. I was using some of the satellite images as references. When i looked closer I could see the line of cars on the track. I realized it was when they had a fan appreciation day for those that have the Barber Motorsports tags on their vehicles. I knew it was mine because I remembered the white BMW ahead of me and the red Porsche Boxter behind me. Also, at that time i had a silver roof rack.



Just yesterday I was showing a friend the area where we hang out on the beach in Florida. As we were clicking along on street view I thought something looked familiar in the distance.



Yep, that was mine from last spring break, prior to my Demello bumper. That is even me walking through the dunes.

this is fantastic. I had the same experience in my truck last august, did my best to look all excited but apparently they used the imagery from when they drove the other direction on the street, likely a few minutes prior to my arrival. FOR SHAME.

You're right, they use the least spastic imagery with me too after I chased him for an hour or three. Oh well, maybe next time we should be more persistent.
