Cannot get starter relay out

Hi everyone, so today I was trying to remove my starter relay to test it, and upon pulling the tab back that locks it in, I realized the relay would not budge at all, and I am not sure why. I cannot find anything else holding the relay in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The blue starter relay has a tab on the white bottom. Might have to get some vise grips wrap em with some duct or electrical tape hold the bottom white rim and wiggle it out.
