Perkins dude! I'm getting him to make me a custom one that is 49" wide inside with no rear rail and a full mesh floor so that I can carry lumber up there and stand on it.

Hmmm...maybe Perkins could ship ours together so we could save on shipping.

Get a Gobi

I really like the gobi and Perkins. But the price was just a tad more than I wanted to spend so I bought another Baja. Had Baja on my landrover too.

The Gobi and Perkins are both nice racks, the price ended up about the same for me after Perkins charged shipping. I ended up going with the Gobi because of the free sunroof insert and ladder (or other accessories).

I also really like the way the top bar angles up in the front compared to the way the Perkins angles up on the side. It makes the top bar on the Perkins racks look flat from the front while the Gobi has those angles.

Also check with Perkins for the lead time, it seems like I read something at the time I was planning to order (over 2 years ago) about him being really slow or behind on production or something along those lines. I think what I read was about a bumper, but it seems like that would translate to roof racks too.
