Can't get rear door open (exterior handle broke, interior handle isn't engaging)

Hoping for some help. 2010 4R Limited.

The door handle on the driver's rear door broke off, and in the process I think that the Cable became disengaged on the inside. I literally cannot open the rear driver side door.

Does anyone have ideas of how I can get the door to release so I can open up the door and eventually replace the rear door handle?
