My driver door actuator was making a shuttering sound so i replace it with a new one. No more noise. I can open and close it from the inside electronic lock and remote, but I cant open it with my key. Did i accidentally disconnect something while replacing the actuator?
I just hooked up the two metal lines that go from the actuator two the interior door handles (manual door lock and handle) and the actuator to the metal rod coming from the outside handle. is there a direct connection from the lock cylinder to the actuator? and where would it connect to? I got the old actuator I can take pics of it. They key worked witht the old part now i turn it and feel no resistance at all.
any ideas
