Have one on the 05 was thinking they didn't put them n the 10-13s do you guys have them in yours ? Or were they an add-on ? Saw they were like 115$ on ebay .

My 2010 TE have the Toyota OEM cargo cover. The slots and support are molded on the sides panels.

I purchased mine from my salesman that didn't use it in his personal T4R anymore.
They are definately an add on item.

Thanks @Sakar as it happens guy selling one in 4r items for 75$ & shipping so , really can't see back there but my golf bag & stuff would like to have it covered out a sight out a mind !

The cover is kind of a joke. It only covers about 2/3 of the cargo area. This is what I did to fix that. The cover has a gap on the front and rear. http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/174156-tonneau-cover-finished-what-toyota-started.html It was not standard on my 14 LE. I got it at dealer cost at time of purchase. If the op thinks back to his 05 you will remember how the section I added was standard on the 4th gens and attached to the 2nd row seat headrest. I also only use mine as needed.

Yes the ones on 03-09 cover everything up nice ! Still haven't seen decent pic of 10-13 14 with one pulled out ?
Up here in the frozen north, we don't get the choices you guys get. I think the trail edition we get, which is the only one available, is equivalent to your trail premium.
My '15 trail came with tonneau cover, running boards, puddle lamps, integrated turn signals, sliding cargo tray, etc., etc.
I took the cargo cover out right away - no use to me. - different strokes ......

This could also be due to the fact that the rear seats recline (allowing space for them to do so).

I just bought one and am very disappointed. I had a 4th gen with one and loved it, but as 03_4x4Runner stated, it doesn't cover the cargo area. There is a huge gap at the front, and another huge gap at the rear. At night, it would probably be ok, but in sunlight, you can see your cargo from outside the back window or the rear side windows. I will be modifying mine as 03_4x4Runner did. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't have bought it.
