Some led's are worse than others. You might call one of the big led vendors and ask them if they have a shielded led for you.

I think Driffter has drifted away.

I have the radio and antenna ready to install but need a mount. I may attempt to have a machine shop duplicate the mount. I'll let you guys know if the cost is worth it.

I made mine out of 16 ga metal I think and its pretty sturdy the way I have it installed, and it was pretty easy to make. I used 16 ga because it fit the best between the hatch and tail light area
