welp...thats definite proof that 'frequency modulation' in induced into your wiring at some point. The lights only blink when you speak. So....i'm pretty sure you're getting tired of all the bull shit by now, i would, so if you don't want to answer any more questions, i don't blame ya...I did notice one thing, your antenna is mounted awfully close too your left turn signal, in fact, right in front of it. Could the modulation be induced into your blinker system from there and run up to the front??? :shrug: who knows, stranger things have happened.....a few more questions...
1) is this a 'no ground plane model' or 'ground plane' model you got?
2) what size antenna did you get?
3) is that a home made bracket for mounting the antenna or manufactured one?
4) when you call for a radio check does anyone come back with a 5x5 & 20 so you get some idea of your distance?
Like I said, if you don't want to fool with it I don't blame ya... but this is solvable...just gonna take a little bit more time....:sobbing:
If you don't mind throwing money at the problem to test different solutions, I'd suggest a Low Pass Filter to reduce or eliminate "harmonics" and see if this resolves your issue.

You can also try a different type of antenna (mag mount) and see if this makes any difference. I've used both a 4-foot and a 5-foot Firestik antenna with drifter mount on driver side, as well as Wilson Little Wil (3-ft) and Wilson 1000 (5-ft) mag mount antennas and never experienced what you've described...
You can also try grounding the horn and the mount and anything else you can think of and see if this helps...
What is this filter exactly for ?
From what I understand it reduces "harmonics" above 30Mhz which can cause interference with electronics close to the antenna. When you transmit at 27Mhz (CB Band) the signal also resonates at 54Mhz and 81Mhz and so on. The filter lets the original signal pass but greatly reduces anything above. You'll also need a short jumper cable to attach the filter to CB and antenna connects to the filter.
What radio are you using? Is it used? If so, it's possible that it was "modified" at one point and is not working at factory specs. It would be a good idea to test your SWR too, to make sure it's close to 1:1.
You can also try wiring CB radio directly to the battery instead of using fuse panel or cig lighter to see this resolves the issue...
