Post 2015 NHOC Damage Report 10/12/15

1 Cracked and dented in front bumper
1 Gouged and dented passenger front door
2 TPMS valve stems destroyed
3 Skids looking like rainbows
1 Missing skid bolt
1 Rear diff skid continuously rotating causing driveline noise
2 Extremely well used sliders
1 Extremely well used rear bumper
5 Rock rashed wheels
Way out of alignment
Extremely dented muffler
Ridiculous pinstriping and scratches

AWESOME TIME
And the odometer turned 100k on this trip.

By the way i swapped out all my idler pulleys today so my truck no longer sounds like it has a super charger in it haha That one spot we went thru (not the one in the pic above) is by far the deepest water i've ever been in!

So Sweet! Was it easy to do? Yeah man, there were some deep holes for sure. I was nervous at one point. That water was just under the intake hole under the fender.

Yeah it took me about a hour which included taking my engine skid off and on! There's a ton of write up's on the FJ forum,it seems to be a common problem especially when they get wet because the stock bearings on the pulleys aren't sealed.

Yeah that's for sure, I definitely see a snorkel in my near future! Not that i'm trying to go thru water up to my windows but just for the extra security and knowing everything is all sealed up.

Seems like you were probably ready for a plate front bumper anyway. LOL

Those wet slippery rocks are the worst for body damage... Can't say that I enjoy those conditions much, but you don't always get to pick and choose..... Looks like it held together pretty well overall.

Hey man,
It's been a while since I've heard from you. How's it going? The shims didn't come with the pads and I had thrown out the EBC ones I had. Right now I'm not running any shims in the rear.

Thanks Bro! I ended up just ordering another set of OEM pads and shims for the rear after they started nearing the end, it also fixed the squeaking. Ive also been incognito for a while, just lurking. Been busy working on a house I just purchased and of course the priorities are the garage. LOL!
