Also installed the Husky Liner mats. I went with Husky as it overlays over the dead pedal were the Weathertech does not.

Also refreshed the badges with TRD Pro badges. I have some extras If anyone is interested I'll do them for $25 a pair shipped. As a side note, I'm not in the business of selling badges just trying to recoup the money I invested in the minimum order I had to place. I also have some TRD Off-Road which I made for my co-worker - PM me if interested in these.

And how are you guys getting over 17? No A/C? I'm at 16.7 with the A/C running constantly... city and highway with most of my driving is city. Stock 17 TRD pro

As an update regarding the MPG change from the 285/70/17 upgrade, before the upgrade I averaged 17.3 during a regular to and from work week. With the news tired I'm currently averaging 16.3.

I'm hoping I can gain that 1mpg loss back with the cold air intake lol. I'll follow up here with that info.

Sorry guys I already sold all those badges in both the TRD Pro and TRD Offroad.

If you organize at least five buyers all for the same one I'll hit up the local print shop and make more. The guy does one sheet minimum and is very pricey. If you organize a group buy of at least 5 I'll take one for the team and go make them.

My co-worker has a TRD Off-Road and he's averaging 14mpg, however, he does mostly stop and go commute.

I drive 40 miles a day of which 38 are highway. I'm also not heavy footed at all. Here's an update on my MPG history thought my build.

MPG One Week Averages:
Stock 17.3
Lifted + 285/70/17 Tires 16.2
Installed TRD Intake 17.3

I'm hoping the added weight of the front bumper, winch and rock sliders don't bog me below 17.

An LJ is just a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (2003-2006). I'm sure you've seen them before, he just has an aftermarket top (Gr8 tops Safari I believe).

Reread ur build thread, so just that so I'm clear u added 2" spacers in front and have zero issues w 285's on stock wheels?I'm going to have toytec 2" front and rear added next weeek on my cement and want to make reasonably sure no rub. I wonder if the coopers would fit

I rented a few Sr5 4runners for work, my commute is 106 miles each way. I averaged about 12mpg doing about 95-95 mph.

I must be missing something. The old box has a cold air intake using the same hole as the new one. The MAF sensor is the same stock one being used. The only modification is a new intake with a TRD logo on it and some red hoses. I don't see how this will help with anything. It looks like an easy install and looks a lot cooler but how can we justify the cost? Can somebody explain the difference to me?

The main difference is change in your induction sound. The OEM systems has a few resonators on the intake tube which helps to quiet the intake noise. The TRD system with the straight tube will be slightly louder and may improve mpg slightly.

That is correct.

That is correct on the lift. And I have yet to experience any type of rubbing and have even taken it thru some pretty gnarly hills and no rubbing at all.

You'll be good to go with that setup.

Oh, ok. I always thought Unlimited just meant it was a 4-Door, I have never seen a 2-Door Wrangler here in Texas with that long of a rear cargo section.
As a car audio installer by trade I have seen a ton of 2/4 door jeeps and always have liked the 2-door better but as for putting a sub box and still having
room for stuff the 2-door was never an option for me.

Funny! I just ordered a bunch of Ram mounts and while I like the quality u have to use 2 hands to take it on and off kind of a pain. I looked at this one let me know ur thoughts after some use

It is Amazing! It brings a small plate I stuck inside my cell case and holds on very nicely to the magnetic mount. Super smooth single hand function, just place it right in front and it pulls it in. Not sure how it'll do Off-road but in those cases I'll just throw it in the cup holder.

Yeah I'm averaging 15.5 mph with the 17' trd off road prem. I was looking for a CAI but they all say it dont fit the 2017. Did you have any trouble? Also I live in Cali so they won't ship it there :/ any site recommendations ?
