That would be awesome. I will be busy the next couple of weeks moving and finishing up the semester. But I really wanna see what my stock runner can doo. Thanks for the info:playball:

I HATE ROCKS...

(that chip my windshield) :dammit:

Otherwise i love rocks as you guys know.

I was driving through a newly refinished road, and the vehicle (Subaru) :yell: in front of me about 40 yards must have kicked up some of the fresh asphalt/gravel. It was a small piece that hit the windsheild, didn't make a huge noise either, just a small tap sound, and that was enough to make a double star on my windshield :mad2:

Anyway could have been a lot worse, not the 1st time it's happened, certainly not going to be the last!

*Picked up the BullsEye Windshield repair kit at PEPBOYS for $11.99

The package clearly states that some cracks will still be visible after curing. For the most part the bigger cracks did disappear, the resin did it's job filling in both stars. Although I know shouldn't spread, I can still see some cracks.

For the most part I'm happy with the results, it's just an eyesore in certain lighting, I'm guessing a new windshield would be in the $250+ range, I'm just super anal about the clarity of my windshields...

My Rig could be dirty as hell, as long as I can see through it is all the matters to me ha.

*the last 3 pics are after the repair job-

Took my 2 boys hiking up near Bass Lake, the kids loved it, nice hiking trails out there. The water was the lowest I've ever seen it. We had a good time.

Sorry no wheeling shots haha...

More from Bass Lake-

We went a little off trail, and found a small cave between the huge granite boulders.

This area is only 15 minutes south of Yosemite park.

That used to be my old stomping grounds! I live up there til I was about 16. There's trails all around bass lake, like literally you start at the lake and keep climbing up. Shuteye peak is up there and so is iron lakes trail. Next time def check'em out. Cool pics!

Thanks man I'll definitely have to check out the other trails out there, I passed by some other trailheads that looked cool, we got pretty deep on the one we took. You must have loved growing up in that area, so nice up there for sure!!

My Wife & I go to Ducey's once in a while...

Slow_T4R We gotta go Snow Wheelin bro!

Fo sho! Last year I hit it a couple times in the snow and actually did pretty good. It's amazing what a 4runner and a winch can do. I already want to go back up haha.

Smoked out my tail-lights...

I ever-so-lightly smoked em out with 4-coats. it came out nice.

The light output is still very good, although i'm looking into getting LED replacement bulbs soon, just to brighten things up...

:police: don't want this guy pulling me over :police:

Where did you get your extended bump stops for the rear? I've got superflex rear coils too and need to get some for mine.

Hey TNRunner99 unfortunetly I'm just running stock bump-stops at the moment, the only thing extended that I'm running is 2nd gen sway bar end links. Definitely on my list of things to do...

Although I've actually been looking to getting some soon, I found these on Amazon, looks like a good deal. I just wonder if they will interfere with my "up travel" when flexing out. I know a lot of guys are using old S-10, and or Bravada bumpstops from the junkyard, there are a lot of threads on this subject.

anyway the DayStar extended bumpstop kit is only $26 bucks on Amazon, I'll probably go that route, and may possibly have to trim them a bit, we'll see...

Thanks for the info. For some reason in one of your pics they looked like they were the extended ones to me. Guess I'm seeing things.

TNRunner99 no worries man, wish I really had them on already, soon enough. sooo many things on my list now...
-BTW your 4Runner is badass 1st time seeing it, you have built it up nicely! thanks for reaching out

on a sidenote:
*Here's a few shots from today, a better look at my freshly smoked stock tail-lights. (Also removed my rear bumper decals to clean things up)

Thanks man. It's a work in progress. I've got new wheels and spidertrax spacers sitting in my garage waiting on tires.
I love your Runner, blacked out and done so tastefully.
I'm looking for extended bump stops, getting e-brake extension, and deciding on a panhard bar, trying to get ready for my next wheeling trip. I want to put the superflex to the test.

Your rig is looking really good.

I was up in Tuolumne for a wedding reception last weekend and thought about hitting you up for offroad suggestions. Turned out I didn't have time to get out.

The evolution of your rig is inspiring. Maybe come summer we can get a T4R central/norcal wheeling trip going.

Looking really good. Do you have those extended bump stops on yet? They look like a great option. I might order some if your's fit good.

Hey thanks man appreciate the kind words!! I'm Jelly of your ODL bumper!
I love camping up in Tuolumne, definitely away from the big crowds like in Yosemite Valley, When my Pops was still around we used to camp 5-7 days up in the Tuolumne high country, Tioga Pass, & Lake Ellery areas too. Hope you had fun at the reception man!

If we could plan a Nor-Cal/Cen-Cal Run that would be awesome! I'm sure we could get a good turn-out. I'm going snow-wheeling in a few weeks with a cool group, probably going to Bald Mtn. OHV since it's the only trail open all year. Your more than welcome to join, I'll send you a date soon, just to see if it's a possibility for you. thanks for reaching out. :pimp:

I truly appreciate the compliment!! Looks like you have a lot of cool wheeling shots on your thread man, great looking truck too bro! And speaking of the Bump-stops, I'll probably pull the trigger on them in a couple of months, just got to get through Christmas, & my Wife's Birthday is on New Years Eve, so I've got to save every dollar so we can have a good time! I'm forced to put things on pause for a bit untill tax refund time comes. *Priority mods are getting sliders, skids and on board air asap. :bowl: I'll give you a heads up once I get the bump-stops and let you how they worked out.

*Here's a little something I did the other day- (Stealth TOYTEC decal)
*****MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!****
