Center speaker part number

Sorry if this has been brought up before but I'm doing this for a friend and don't spend much time in the 4th gen section anymore.

This happened to a friends center speaker and was wondering if anyone had a part number for it. I have the trim tools to fix it just can't pinpoint where to find it.
