If any one in the beach is unsure of cb installs let me know I will be more then happy to give a hand. I have all tools needed and then some.

Little Fort was awesome spot to camp. When I went a couple months ago, I was 1 of 3 other people there.. Nobody on the trails either but a few dirtbikes.

Went 3 weeks ago, little fort was still empty, but the trails were slammed with dirtbikes.

I assume if a convoy rolls through there it would be easy, they would just sit off to the side instead of trying to squeeze by.

Thanks for the intel. I was a little concerned about availability because there is no fee to stay there. I'm looking forward this trip!

It's my moms birthday on the 23rd so I can't miss that, I don't want to be "that guy"

And my girlfriend will be with me, I don't know how she will handle camping without an RV.:nono:

Just want to make sure I got this right. Flagpole Saturday, then a group will transition to Little Fort for camping overnight, followed by Peters Mill Run on Sunday?

As of now I'm off work that weekend so you can count me in. Just need a matching spare put on before I go. I have a cbi so that should help. 2/1 lift on 32" tires on an 09. I will likely only go for flag pole but I might spend the night if plans work out

If you guys still have room, I'd like to tag along. I've got an '11 Trail with ATs, full skids and sliders plus a small recovery kit. I'm in for camping also as long as I can bring my dogs. I'll be coming up from VB on saturday morning.

Can someone confirm the final westward meetup location (presumably Harrisonburg or Charlottesville) and time? Maybe we can now post a couple of meetup time locations east of there as well. At minimum, I want to know where to be to catch the final train. LOL

we are meeting at the giant shopping center at 10am in C'ville for the guys east and south of C'Ville. We will convoy to a Shell with a store for last minute snacks etc at 1010 W Market St. Harrisonburg, there's a great power wash place right across the street too. after that we hit the trail!

Everyone coming from the beach should meet the richmond guys at the rest area on 64 west at mile marker 168 at 8:45 no later than 9. Thatd give us an hour to truck up to Cville together.

I haven't done Flagpole Knob before, are we going to need trail spotters or can we pretty much just cruise through?

From what i gather its an easy trail. Ive been down peters mill, which i hear is a bit more challenging, without spotters. But i could be wrong. We're going to have plenty of people with us saturday so spotting for others shouldnt be a problem if need be.

Okay cool.. I have done Peters Mill a bunch of times and didn't feel like I needed one. Thanks chief.
