Yea I use a torque wrench. I have two. One for light torques (in-lbs) & one for large torques (ft-lbs)

I wanted to address my problem this weekend, but the frickin monsoon like rains put a stop to all of my outdoor activities. I have decided to go with Duralast rotors and pads. The rotors come vacuum sealed, which is nice. I hate washing all that lubrication off, that some rotors come with. The dealer wants too much money for these items.

I got my brakes changed this weekend without incident. I replaced the pads and had the rotors turned - the pulsations is gone completely, awesome!!

I bought the pads from the dealer. Autozone wanted close to $40 for the cheapest pads, my Toyota dealer wanted $60 for the OEM pads. I'm sure the Duralast are good pads, but for only an extra $20, I'm going with OEM...

Only cost me $20 to get the rotors turned...$80 total for the job, not bad...
