Charlotte, NC Area? Need a hand

hey guys, i've mentioned elsewhere but anyways, i recently moved to charlotte, nc and all my tools are still back at home until i buy a home with a garage.

not long before moving a cpl friends noticed my lean(i knew it had a little one. but it has gotten worse) so i bought the ome spacer to put under the right rear spring to correct the lean ( i have a top plate spacer for the front too on the pass side if i decide i need it after i do the rear...

well, i don't have any tools with me down here but i'm fully capable of doing this with maybe needing an extra hand for a couple areas. Does anybody nearby have a garage and tools to use?( i have a wall-mounted spring compressor at home which.... is at home in MD) 4wheelparts wanted $225.... a Pepboys down the road quoted $85. but i'm very hesitant to using Pepboys.

i'll gladly bring a case beer by. i'd need a stick spring compressor to compress it down in place, or if that isn't enough, i can drop the pass side suspension and sway bar and links to pull the spring out to put the spacer in.

i can in return help ya when needed in the future as a thank you!

on the other hand, if u know a mechanic that wont over charge and you trust well, then i can do that as well. Thanks Guys

I have never worked on suspension on any vehicle before and would be interested in getting some help/guidance. Check with your local AutoZone for their tool borrow program if they have a spring compressor. They take a credit card safety deposit, but there is no rental charge. May come in handy... if there is no AutoZone nearby, check with the larger chains in your area. I think most offer something similar.

I'm in Charlotte and I'd be in on a wrenching meet. We could try the no-spring compressor method to install them.

I'm moving to Charlotte next month. I'm selling everything that won't fit in my 4Runner to make the move so I won't have many tools but, I've done all the work on my truck and would be happy to help if you don't get it done before then.

I am in! I am in the process of convincing my roommate to get a 2016 TRD Pro. He wants a Trail Premium but cant seem to find any within a 3-4 hour drive. We should have a meet or two and see if we can actually get this off the ground. Get a few wrenching sessions and meets in.... Then hit the trails
