My 2002 4runner with 166k miles just had a sudden momentary miss at 70mph then at that time the lights came on...only missed that instance then no more...autozone machine had a 1300 code and 442 code...I changed the fuel cap as the 442 code suggests and added some HEET to the fuel tank as suggested by the toyota service tech and the lights went off...but two days later while driving 70mph again same thing happened again...after sitting over night the lights are off...should I change the fuel filter as it is the cheapest to try first???...I read it could also be a weak or dying fuel pump...anybody have the same prob or any suggestions????

I had all 3 lights on after changing my valve cover gaskets. I forgot to plug in the cam sensor connector. Maybe you have a loose connection somewhere.

Try cleaning off the mass airflow sensor with electronics cleaner. Plenty of threads in here on this, VERY common problem w/ our 3rd gens. Can't remember exactly what code I had, but gave the same problem you mention. I ended up replacing fore 02 sensor, fuel filter and did a tuneup before I finally rid myself of the problem.
