There was no difference in price. I just had to specify "No Sunroof" option.
I've been getting a lot of PM's regarding how I hooked up the switches so I figured I would provide a brief explanation. I cannot take credit for this install but I have a friend that I have known for years who is the absolute ONLY one I trust to touch any of my cars. He is a true genius when it comes to this stuff and he never ceases to amaze me with what he comes up with. In any regard he wrote this explanation up for me so I am passing it along.
FWD:
Yes, I did cut out the back of the factory pocket to fit all the wires. The Apocalypse light switch powers all the relays at once. I diode isolated them all so as to prevent backfeeding when a single switch is used. Basically taking the output of the Apoc switch and splitting it 5 ways w/ diodes, and running these wires to the relay triggers of remaining light switches.
As for the light switch bracket, this is what was used Amazon.com : Blue Sea Systems Contura 6 Position Switch Mounting Panel : Boating Electrical Equipment : Sports & Outdoors. I filed down the edges so it would fit inside the opening where the pocket was. I screwed this into the dash from the inside where the switches snap in, and also used hot glue from the backside to make sure it would not come loose.

Cool just what i thought. though I think that black hot glue may help with the finish a bit and perhaps some felt before putting in the switches would help with the fit and finish in the end. I know some people use a fiberglass type product called cats hair or something of the sort for doing this exact type of thing.
The switch connections could be soldered as well instead of using quick connectors then using some type of harness to unhook when removing the panel from the vehicle. In the end it may prevent unwanted electrical issues in the future.
Using the diodes to prevent feedback was a great idea.I like this idea instead of using an extra relay to control all of the switches. I do think that I may end up skipping this as I will need the extra location for my dual battery isolation. It was well thought out and well done. I appreciate you sharing and hope to improve upon this when I am able to do my install.

Well its been a while but nothing really new except that the weather finally broke and its time to break out the matching waverunner. The amount of looks I got on the road was pretty awesome. What a perfect match. Now I just have to powdercoat the trailer black and i'll be set. Enjoy!!!
For those who are wondering, its a Yamaha FZS Waverunner 1.8L Supercharged. Its stupid fast, had it up to 75mph. Pretty awesome though.

Since you are up here in NY also, did you consider any undercarriage rustproofing for your vehicle by any chance???

I ordered the stealth a week ago. It's gonna be a while before I can make any other mods though.

Hey Chudiddy - I just ordered E2-Series 20" Driving/Hyperspot Combo LED Light Bar and want to mount it behind the grill similar to what you did with the 28".
Would you want to share any pictures of what your mounting looks like?
Also, I'm live outside Avondale, PA - never seen another Inferno Orange around yet, but I'll make sure to keep my eye out!

Chudiddy, great looking TRDP...and great shot too! This is a really good example of how rich the inferno color is.
Life must have trapped me under a rock for the better part of a year as I just recently learned Toyota even made TRDP 4Runners...sad I know. Now knowing of their existence, I can truly undstand their alure. The orange/black color combination is just sublime.
Your trailer will look great black too...I'd even look at blacking out the rims to match the TRDP even more.
POR-15 is not bad either. I've used it in the past on my 3rd gen with decent results. However, I prefer a rubberized spray for underneath. Granted, I've not used por15 in years, so it may be better now than it was (i.e. very messy application and must be applied in proper stages for correct results). For a trailer that small though, powdercoat or bedliner spray would look great. If you do plan on owning the vehicle for any length of time, I'd defintely look into treating the undercarriage. It's worth it IMO.

A genius friend of mine fabricated these mounting brackets that utilize factory mounting points behind the grill. Works perfectly.

I passed an inferno red at a local dealer a few months back. It was the first I saw the TRDP...went home to think about it and decided to get it but buy the time I got back to the dealer the 4runner was gone and I ended up ordering one in white.
I ordered my rack and lights a few days ago. Now I have about 6 weeks of reviewing in my head and micro managing every nut and bolt.
Can you post pics of how you ran your wires into the truck?

Sorry guys, I haven't been on here much as of late.
Ill try and get pics of how I routed the wires. I DID NOT drill at all. I just rant them down the driver side pillar under the weather stripping and into the engine bay.
