Any vibrations at highway speed? any lugs coming loose? I had a set of spacers sitting in my closet for a while now, wait for me to pull the trigger.

Thank you so much!!! No vibrations and no loose lugs. You kind of have me paranoid now, I should probably check them LOL
No mods to the sliders but mods to the BW. I had to trim them a little bit. When I had them installed, I couldn't open the rear doors. LOL!! Trimmed the BW's a tad and problem solved. I'll try and snap a pic for ya.

I was looking at this setup too, but now I'm eyeing the Baja designs since it's a full circle light as opposed to square light in round frame. Both look great!
Did you have to modify the front mudflaps to stop rubbing? Also, how were you able to reuse the rear mudflaps with the CBI rear bumper?

Hey Chu, did you also cut out a rectangle in the rubbery backing piece and place it between the led and the back of the grill?

Hi yes i was able to reuse the rear mudflaps with the rear bumper. I did modify the front mudflaps a bit to stop the rubbing. Just trimmed a bit off.
Hmm, i dont remember anymore, but I believe I did cut it out to fit.

I can't speak for the OP... However I use the light setup on my FJ to make night runs... Like Black Bear Pass & Imogene Pass each Summer I go to the Ouray/Telluride area. I am I the process of moving my lights (see following list) over to my 2016 4Runner using the same method the OP used.... Very clean set up.
40" Light bar front roof rack
2x4 bulb cubes each side ditch lights
2x6 bulb single row lights each side of rig
20" light bar rear of FJ - 3 way light function: Solid White, Flashing White, & Solid Amber.
I have a 6th switch for a Bumper light which I will also add. Photo proof of these runs done at Midnight are on my Instagram account "K9Overlanding"
opcorn:I'm hoping to have a majority of the lights install before heading to Summit next next. Would love to be able to take my 4Runner down Black Bear this year on a night run!

The Gobi roof rack comes pre-wired on each side with openings at the 4 corners for you to tap into. For the LED light bar in the front, I ran it down the drivers side under the windshield molding. I cut the weatherstripping away from the wires and ran those down the channel. Makes for a nice, clean install. The rear lights are run through the wire loom that feeds into the rear hatch area. I believe I posted some pics a few pages back in this thread.
Here is a pic of the wires running down the drivers side windshield.
Just seeing this. Nice and clean. I ran my wires actually on top of the windshield molding, in the rain channel. I used a screen roller to stick the wires in there, but I don't like how it looks as much as I like yours. I never thought there was room under the molding, I think I will pull the molding tomorrow and put the wires underneath and see if I can achieve that same clean look. Nice build!

Ok just a little teaser update of whats going on in my build. This is really exciting as we are nearing completion of a truly "one off" build. I will let the pics do the talking:

That's it for now, a few more tricks up my sleeve and i'll post the final product as soon as its complete. I can say that it sounds amazing. I'm really excited to get my 4Runner back, its been 3 weeks between doing the bumper, winch, all the lights, and the stereo work. All worth the wait though!!
My friend receives all the credit for the work, i've mentioned it before but he is a sheer genius when it comes to this stuff and I am so grateful to have him do this for me.

So... What does one have to do to get you to build a second subwoofer box? I just won an OEM Audio Plus system at the FJ Summit Raffle... Their Subwoofer box goes on the driver side. I would prefer to have it in the same space as yours.

Great looking 4runner. I purchased one two weeks ago and want to add a sub in the back, similar setup to what you have. Which JL sub were you able to put in there? The enclosure looks great, you have any specs or measurements?
Hi, I can ask my friend who built the box. He put a lot of time and effort into the box to truly make it one off. Not sure what he would charge but it would be more about whether he had the time to do it or not.
JL 10" W3, no specs on the box, sorry about that.

Any more details on your audio setup?(mostly where the amps are) Whoever did the box di an awesome job. The embossing is cool!
