Cigarette lighter on a 1996...need help

Just trying to tap into my cigarette lighter to add two power sockets....but I dont have a meter to tell what wire is the hot (+). My rig is a 1996 and the two wires coming off the cig lighter are..a white/black striped one and a solid grey one. Can anyone tell me what which one is the +?

I believe the white/black is the ground.

I attached the wiring diagram, if you'd like to confirm.
