CLANG!!! In the front end...Icon?

Hello all, wanted to report my issue and see if anyone else has encountered it.

I have an Icon Stage 1 and LR UCAs. I had my 4Runner aligned about 6 months ago (at Toyota), and immediately thereafter, a starting having a CLANG! intermittently when I turn the wheel hard to the left or right, or very occasionally upon heavy braking. It was at this alignment where I had everything set to +4 to reduce wander, so I wondered if it had something to do with this.

Thinking the issue may have to do with the alignment, so took it back in. They claimed they "tightened some stuff and fixed the problem", then gave me the truck back. Nothing changed.

Even more recently, I'm also having a rubber-squeaking sound in the front end too.

I took it back to the dealer, and this time they told me there was a different issue causing the same problem. They claimed that something is rubbing (sometimes) on my front sway bar.

I'm not aware of anyone else having this problem, although Swimmerdude may be having a similar issue...I'm not sure. Anyone have any clues?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install the sway bar spacers?

Because I had a shop install it, I can't be certain. I know the guys have a great reputation, so I expect that if it was in the kit, they put it on.

How would I check? It seems strange that the noise would only occur after an alignment— perhaps an illusory correlation?

If the sway bar drops are installed, and they didnt lower or trim the braces behind the skid plate then it can hit/rub them
