Cleaning/Polishing Chrome

What do you guys use to clean and polish your OEM chrome bumpers, door handles and accents?

You'll find you actually have "chromed" plastic --- it's not real chromium plating. Just use car wax on it.

That's what I was getting at. Is it chrome, or chrome plated. I am not surprised at all that its chrome plated.
