did 98's have any type of CC or just the dials? If it was a manual unit originally you will need the sensors for the CC unit, the ones that measure temp and such and tell the heater how much heat to kick out.
I doubt it since none of the wiring is there and since it is all electronic i think that there are liitle servos on the doors for the vents and such to change between foor and defrost.
