Clunk from under drivers footwell

The past few weeks there's been a lingering cluck under my feet whenever the back of the truck goes over a bump. It not just 1 clunk, it does it a couple times per bump. I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. At first I thought it was the steering rack since I feel it in the steering wheel too, so I replaced everything I could without replacing the rack itself but no luck. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I recently had to replace my Prothane anti-sway bar bushings because of a rattle over 3" bumps, everything else is new from suspension, LCA bushings, LBJ OTR, sway bar links,.. I put the prothanes on early in 2018, had to replace them again a week ago, the bar bushing on one side had 1mm play, went with the same ones again #18-1115., I think my sway bar has/had corrosion where the OEM bushing was, I tried OEM bushings and they all tore out after a year even when I cleaned the corrosion off better, so I've just stuck with poly.

Interesting. I removed my sway bars entirely because I thought that's where the noise was coming from.. its not so much of a rattle, its a clunk and it sounds like its coming from right underneath me when im driving.
