CO - new here

denverunner

New member
Hello everyone!

Just bought my first 4runner and I'm glad to have it!

Silver(?) 98 SR5
115k
5spd manual (lovin it!!)
brush guard (not sure on the brand/style yet)
leather/sun/power everything
all service records
$6200

I feel like I got a fair deal (all things considered) and I'm excited to get this beast off the road and onto some trails.

I look forward to learning from all of the knowledge, tips and advice that you all have! My mechanical skills are not wonderful (I change my own oil, thats about it), but I can follow directions and will gladly take any advice you have to offer.

Thanks for the welcome wagon.

A10MileHusker - I'd love to get out there, but be warned, I'm a full blooded newbie.

Never done anything wild but I had my 95 Nissan hardbody on a couple trails in Estes. That was at least 5 years ago and the extent of all of my wheelin experience.

If you don't mind a newcomer and all the questions that come with learning, I'd love to join you all. The ski resorts are open now, so I've been snowboarding a lot on the weekends, but I could spare a few along the way.

Trust me. I was a full blooded newbie when I first joined here but because of a couple fellow members here they grabbed me and got me on the trail.

and after my first run, I was at Toytec buying my lift. :lmao: but thats not how it always goes.

We love new people!

Also new to the Sight your Sr5 sounds like a great deal I'm also in CO and a complete Newb just picked up my 97 limited today in fact. so it's nice to see someone else at the starting line of their T4R build.
