I was out at the desert over the weekend, and I absolutely loved the CO2 tank for airing back up. I went out last week also, but didn't take the CO2 system with me because I had not yet filled it up. It took about 45 minutes to air back up using a cheap 12volt compressor after doing some offroading.
With the CO2 system (Powertank), I was up and running in about 2 minutes (30 seconds per tire). I was absolutely amazed at how fast it was. I also bought some Staun Automatic deflators. They were also a breeze to use. You calibrate them to the desired tire pressure, screw one onto each valve stem, then wait for them to stop. Then simply walk around the truck and remove them. Replace the stem caps, and you're done.
