Coil-Over Adjuster Position Preference

So I have seen coil-overs that have the adjustment collar on the top and some that are on the bottom.

Is it easier to adjust the ones that are on the top or the bottom?

Looks like the control arms are in the way at the top, and the rotors are in the way at the bottom.

Collar on the top is definitely easier. If you jack up the vehicle the tire doesn't have to be removed and the control arm drops out of the way.
