Coil-over setting difference between driver & passenger

Those running coilovers on 4th gen v8, how much of a difference in coil setting/preload do you have between the driver and passenger side to level it out?

I have a third gen with adjustable coilovers. Can't imagine there is any difference, coilovers are coilover. I don't know if there is difference, driver vs pass, I just adjusted until I had the same measurement/lift on both sides.

I believe he is referring to level out the driver lean. I believe I have about 3 extra threads on one side but it didn't correct it fully

um.. I think this is either a trick question or a riddle. Since every truck differs in the amount of drivers side lean (heck I've even seen somebody say they had passenger side lean), the correct answer to this question would be, whatever amount it takes. Right?

Because first off, everyone is probably gonna tune theirs to suite there taste; meaning amount of lift, amount of rake, etc... So once you have an idea of target numbers that your trying to hit, then you tune your corners individually. Like once the drivers side is where you want it, you tune the passenger side to match.

Also, different coil-overs are going to yield different results as far as adjustment goes. Brand, valving, shock body size, coil rate all these will yield different results regarding adjustment.

In the sports car world, they do tune to ride height, but more specifically they tune for weight distribution ratio.

Pardon me if I'm missing something here, but the questions doesn't really make sense to me. Maybe some clarification is in order.
