Complimentary Toyota Services???

So I got this from my local Toyota dealer, Is it me or isn't the complimentary services 36 months or 30,000 miles?????

"Your Toyota Care benefits expire on 02/28/2014 or at 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Be sure to take advantage of these complimentary services!"

I wish I knew what you are talking about. I saw someone else post about this in another thread.

Sorry I'm being of no use, but is this something you negotiated?

Thanks guys I did a little research and I had the factory warranty and the oil changes mixed up.......

Depends on the dealer I think. Technically they don't have to give you anything for free at 25,001.... but some might do it to keep the customer happy. Service writer for our Highlander basically said it's under their discretion (of the person you get when you walk in.... so YMMV).
