Compustar alarm questions

I know a lot of you have Compustar systems and I'm hoping a few issues I have have been seen before and remedied. Got the system today from a local dealer and just discovered 2 things that are bugging me.

When I remote start the 4runner it unlocks the doors and then relocks them about 10 seconds later, this doesn't work very well as I am remote starting from inside. Anyone seen this and fixed it?

Also having some questions about the dual stage shock sensor, I walk up when the alarm is on and hit the car, it just beeps the remote not the alarm, if I continue hitting it the alarm will go off. This leads me to believe that if I broke the glass in 1 hit I could reach in and steal stuff without sounding the alarm. Is this right?

which system is installed?
installer have activated the unlock before start feature,might be able to turn it off, dont know if it affects the smart key system.
also the dual stage shock. first light impact is warn feature, second hard hit will do the full alarm siren, depend on how they wire the glass sensor if you bought that too, it should be wired to instant trigger.

Thanks! System is an Pro T11 remote, FT-7000AS brain with FT-DAS and FT-ELOCK.

I'll have to check again tomorrow to make sure the first hit is generating a "warn", I thought it wasn't.

Oh, and my 4R is just regular key, not Push to start.

if adding a glass sensor, it will be wire to the instant trigger, what you have is just a dual shock sensor, and the e-lock is just starter kill.
to turn off the 1 - 01 setting , please check the install manual, you can download them off the techfeed.compustar.com and check the 7000 brain.
check page 52 for the remote way of doing it. and 26 is the options.

also give the alarm 30 seconds to fully activate the alarm first before doing any testing.

it might be easier to just take it to the installer, they have a programmer that can change everything faster, i try doing the remote way, some will work better than others. the installer suppose to teach you how to use the remote start system and show you all the features and how to enable and disable certain things.
