Constant 12V power source in fusebox?

I just searched for an hour and didn't find an answer on this so hoping you guys have an idea. I have an 04 SR5 and I want to keep the two 12V outlets switched (turn off when ignition is off) as they currently are. However, I want to add a 12V outlet that is constant. I know I can go straight from the battery with a fuse, but I'd prefer to tap into the fusebox with an add-a-circuit. Does anyone know which slot I can tap into on the fusebox that has constant 12V power? Only thing that comes to mind is the interior lights, but I'm not sure how many amps that fuse is. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

I tapped mine into the fuse for the driver's seat adjustments. Middle row, second from the left. I assume it will be the same in every 4th gen, but I could be wrong. If you don't have electric seat adjustment there might not be a fuse that you have to remove first.

And I'm using it to run a 12 amp USB charging block.
