Coolant leak

Once the motor gets warm i have a steady leak onto the header, on the back side of the motor near the fire wall. I found it and did a simple temorary fix by taking the hose off and shortening it to take the rotten part out, however its leaking again Ive attached 4 pics. Does anyone know what the hose is called and/or where i can get it from. I beleive it feeds the heater core. Thanks

That's heater hose. Any auto parts store will have some. If you take yours off and bring it in with you, they might even have one shaped roughly the same.

Attached is the heater hose diagram from Toyo Diy. Napa has most of the hoses but some have to come from the dealer.:typing:
