Coolant Temp Switch on the 3.0

I am looking to put an electric fan on my 4Runner and remove the mechanical one. I did some looking and it seems that there is the coolant temp sensor for the gauge, but also there might be a coolant temp switch as well? Can anyone confirm this.

Also if this coolant temp switch does exist I am curious where it is and what temp it switches at. Thank you.
