I don't understand what you want us to tell you... drive to a body repair shop and have them give you a quote. A picture isn't enough to tell us how deep the damage is
This is a forum for 4runner owners and enthusiast. Everything on this forum is people telling other people or asking other people this stuff. Just looking for an opinion of someone who has had a similar experience just like everyone else. It is 8pm. Repair shop is closed. Plus do not know if other party will pay.

Well I've been accused of being overly critical of such things, but since I know a little about it. A quality shop would repair that door and blend the color in to the adjacent panels. You could easily expect to pay $1500 to $2200 for that repair.
Now, you will hear people tell you that should cost you more than $25 dollars and a six pack of Rolling Rock. Take it for what it's worth, which is absolutely nothing, but all you'll get here is a wide range of opinions.
What do you think it will cost? Your guess is as valid as anyone's.

If it's down to the metal (doesn't look like it, but hard to tell) it'll need to be sanded, and then blended back into the rest. That'll be a good day's work.
If it's not through the paint, an hour with a buffer should take care of it. Simple enough to do yourself in that case...
